Processing Time
All products are made-to-order. Production usually takes 1-6 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).

Shipping Time

• Domestic (U.S.): most orders arrive within 5-9 business days after production (about 8 business days on average). Occasional carrier delays can extend this further.

• International: not available yet. We're working on adding more countries - join our newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to know when your country becomes available.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Fees
Calculated at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. On rare occasions (for example, a customs hold) delivery can take significantly longer than the estimate above.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please contact us at info@lotosbrand.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with our production partner to investigate the issue.
