Processing Time
All products are made-to-order. Production usually takes 1–6 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Shipping Time

• Domestic (U.S.): 5–9 business days after production.

• International: 5–15 business days after production (shipping times may vary by destination and customs clearance).

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Fees
Calculated at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact us at infolotosbrand@gmail.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with our production partner to investigate the issue.
