Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Non-returnable items: final sale products, gift cards, undergarments, and customized items.
How to start a return:
Email us at infolotosbrand@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
